About rose hill

By finding and telling powerful stories, We help activists and organizers win campaigns that shift power to the people and tear down oppressive systems.

Rose Hill Consulting is a boutique, bilingual communications firm based in Philadelphia. Rose Hill was born out of the need for progressive communicators to provide high-impact communications to advance the campaigns and advocacy of progressive causes and good-doers, from activists and organizers to legal advocates and nonprofits. Rose Hill takes on good work by specializing in supporting activists, organizers, and movement-led groups to maximize their impact on decision makers and win meaningful, lasting, widespread changes to improve lives and transform systems for good.

Years of experience and hard-fought wins have equipped Rose Hill with a toolbox full of strategies to lift up the voices of directly impacted people who are so often excluded from having a voice in the conversation or a seat at the table—whether that's in the press or in the halls of the Capitol.

Rose Hill Consulting is a sophisticated, hands-on, and nimble operation run by Melissa McCleery.
